Our Story

From a Spreadsheet Problem to a National Platform

In 2021, our founders were helping a school in Rajasthan manage student fees — using a combination of Excel spreadsheets, handwritten registers, and WhatsApp messages. Mistakes were common. Fees were missed. Parents were frustrated.

We built the first version of Gyan Suite in 90 days. It was simple: student records, fee tracking, and one-click reports. The school loved it. Then two more schools heard about it. Then ten.

Today, Gyan Suite is trusted by 500+ schools across India — managing over 1.2 lakh students — and we're just getting started.
