This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued. By subscribing to any Gyan Suite plan, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.

Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each monthly cycle. No refunds are issued for monthly plans under any circumstances, including:
If you cancel a monthly plan, access continues until the end of the current paid period. No further charges are made after cancellation.
Annual plans are offered at a discounted rate compared to monthly billing. Annual plan payments are non-refundable, as the discounted rate is applied in exchange for the full-year commitment.
If you cancel an annual plan mid-year:
Any subscription or purchase plan with a total committed duration of less than 2 years (24 months) is not eligible for a refund under any standard circumstances.

This policy exists to ensure the sustainability of our platform and to allow us to continue offering competitive pricing, dedicated onboarding support, and ongoing feature development for all schools.
If you are considering a long-term commitment, we recommend our 2-year or 3-year enterprise plans, which offer maximum discounts and are eligible for our refund protection guarantee (see Section 6).
Refunds may be considered only in the following limited circumstances:
If you have purchased a subscription of 2 years or more and we experience a significant, unresolved service outage (exceeding 72 continuous hours) due to our failure, a pro-rata refund for the affected period may be issued.
If Gyan Suite discontinues the platform entirely, all customers with active 2-year+ subscriptions will receive a pro-rata refund for the unused period remaining.
If a technical error results in a duplicate charge to your account, the duplicate payment will be fully refunded within 7 business days upon verification.
Requests based on a change of preference, switching to a competitor, or no longer needing the software are not eligible for refunds regardless of subscription duration.
Any subscription plan with a total duration of less than 24 months is not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
Gyan Suite offers a 14-day free trial with full platform access and no credit card required. The free trial is designed to allow you to evaluate all features before making a financial commitment.
Since no payment is collected during the trial, there is no refund applicable for the trial period itself. Charges only begin when you explicitly choose to subscribe to a paid plan.
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the eligible cases in Section 6, please follow these steps:
Our billing team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and respond with a decision within 7 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days from the date of approval. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method. Gyan Suite is not responsible for additional delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
